Also known as "mountain tobacco," arnica is a hardy flower from the daisy family (asteraceae) that is used to call upon spiritual strength; especially handy for someone who is energetically depleted/weary or is going through a dark night of the soul. It is also commonly used in healing magick. 

Traditionally, arnica flower is used by herbalists to expedite wound and bruise healing. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is a natural decongestant.
